The Gold River Community Association is the master association for the community's 25 villages. Village names include Argonaut, Bret Harte, Carson Creek, Comstock, Discovery, Empire, Enterprise, Eureka, Hesperian, Huntington, Maidu, Marshall, Mother Lode, Pioneer, Prospect and Sutter. Each village has its own sub-association, so dues and rules differ from one village to the next.
Discovery Village and Parke Place
Discovery Village is a gated village with a community pool, spa and clubhouse. Parke Place is a gated community of 32 homes. Gated entry is a feature of some Gold River villages and not others, so it is worth checking the specific address before you tour.
Gold Country and Gold River Town Center
Gold Country Pointe and Classics at Gold Country are named neighborhoods in the Gold Country area. Gold River Town Center, a shopping center with dining and retail, is on Golden Centre Lane.
